Tim Hortons Pumpkin Spice is back in Canada for fall 2026. The Pumpkin Spice Latte, Iced Latte, Iced Capp, Cold Brew and Muffin returned on September 1, 2026 and are available until November 1, 2026 at participating restaurants. Each pump of Pumpkin Spice syrup adds 25 calories and 5 g of sugar.
Tim Hortons Canada launched its 2026 Pumpkin Spice lineup on September 1, 2026, and it runs until November 1, 2026. That gives you about nine weeks, and as of September 27 about five are left. After that, the Tim Hortons holiday menu has arrived in mid-November in each of the last three years.
The dates differ across the border and from last year. Tim Hortons U.S. started its fall menu earlier, on August 12, 2026. In Canada, the 2025 lineup arrived in August, so this year's September 1 start was a later return.
| Market | Start | End |
|---|---|---|
| Canada, 2026 | September 1, 2026 | November 1, 2026 |
| U.S., 2026 | August 12, 2026 | Limited time |
| Canada, 2025 | August 2025 | Limited time |
"Participating restaurants" matters here. Tim Hortons restaurants are franchised, and a location can run out of syrup or muffins before the official end date. If you are ordering in late October, check the item in the Tim Hortons app first.
The 2026 Canadian lineup has four drinks and one baked good, all built around the same Pumpkin Spice syrup. Matthew Feaver, Tim Hortons' Head of Innovation, said the flavour "evokes the warm and cozy vibes of Fall" when he announced the return on September 1.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte is espresso and steamed milk flavoured with Pumpkin Spice syrup, served hot. It builds on the standard Tim Hortons latte, which comes in small, medium and large, so the Pumpkin Spice version uses the same three sizes.
The Iced Latte is the same flavour served cold, which Tim Hortons pitches as the lighter, chilled version of the latte. The closest everyday drink is the Tim Hortons iced latte, which is 90 to 140 calories unsweetened before any syrup is added.
The Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp is the chain's frozen, blended coffee with Pumpkin Spice flavour and whipped topping. It is the richest drink in the lineup, because the Original Iced Capp base already runs 260 to 430 calories before the pumpkin syrup and topping.
The Cold Brew pairs slow-steeped cold brew coffee with Pumpkin Spice syrup, for a smoother, less milky option. Tim Hortons' regular Original Cold Brew is the closest everyday version.
The only food in the lineup is the Pumpkin Spice Muffin, a spiced pumpkin muffin with a sweet cream cheese filling. At 390 calories in the official August 2025 guide, it is one of the heavier items on the muffins menu.
A Tim Hortons Pumpkin Spice Latte has 230 calories in a small, 300 in a medium and 380 in a large. The Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp is the heaviest drink in the lineup, at 410 to 630 calories. These totals are from Tim Hortons' own online menu for its 2171 Yonge St, Toronto restaurant, checked in October 2026, and they include the syrup and any topping.
| Pumpkin Spice item | Small | Medium | Large |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pumpkin Spice Latte | 230 | 300 | 380 |
| Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte | 140 | 200 | 250 |
| Pumpkin Spice Iced Capp | 410 | 510 | 630 |
| Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew | 230 | 260 | 340 |
| Pumpkin Spice Muffin | 390 calories, 15 g fat, 31 g sugar, 6 g protein (August 2025 nutrition guide) | ||
Most of the extra comes from the syrup. Tim Hortons' Canadian nutrition guide lists Pumpkin Spice syrup at 25 calories, 5 g of sugar and 10 mg of sodium per pump. A plain medium latte is 140 calories, so the medium Pumpkin Spice Latte's 300 is about 160 calories of syrup and topping. Ask for fewer pumps to cut about 25 calories and 5 g of sugar for each one you drop.
A Tim Hortons Pumpkin Spice Latte costs $3.99 for a small, $4.49 for a medium and $5.19 for a large, before tax. The whole lineup runs from $3.69 to $5.19. These are the prices on Tim Hortons' online menu for its 2171 Yonge St, Toronto restaurant in October 2026; franchise owners set their own prices, so yours may differ a little.
| Item | Pumpkin Spice: S / M / L | Everyday version: S / M / L | Seasonal premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Latte | $3.99 / $4.49 / $5.19 | Latte $3.19 / $3.69 / $4.19 | +$0.80 to $1.00 |
| Iced Latte | $3.69 / $4.19 / $4.69 | Original Iced Latte $3.19 / $3.69 / $4.19 | +$0.50 |
| Iced Capp | $4.19 / $4.69 / $5.19 | Original Iced Capp $3.49 / $3.99 / $4.49 | +$0.70, like other flavours |

The Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte costs the same as the year-round Vanilla and Brown Sugar Iced Lattes, and the Iced Capp the same as the Mocha and Vanilla Iced Capps. The hot latte and the cold brew carry the biggest seasonal premium.
No. The two countries share the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Iced Capp, but the rest of the fall menu is different. Recipes you read about on U.S. sites may not be available at a Canadian Tim Hortons. (See which U.S. states have a Tim Hortons.)

You can change almost every Pumpkin Spice drink when you order. The syrup is the part that controls sweetness and most of the added calories. For more custom orders, like the Coffee Crisp hot chocolate, see the Tim Hortons secret menu.
